WOW! What an honor! I applied a month or so ago to be a demo rider at the symposium. There was a large […]

Donna Longacres Youth Dressage Clinic

This weekend there is a local youth dressage clinic. I encouraged each one of my youth students to sign up and ride! Two of them got in! I am excited for them to attend and ride in a dressage clinic, a first for each of them.

Josephine County Fair 4-H

I just have to say how very proud I am of three particular horse 4-Hers:  Jasmine, Kaelyn and Celena.  You girls and your mounts did TERRIFIC  at jumping and dressage this year. Each one of you have learned and progressed at jumping and your flat work.  It really showed during your classes this week.  I’ve […]

Spring Fling Dressage League Show

Tinkerbell made her show debut on April 27, 2014. She showed at Training Test 2 and 3, placing 2nd in both classes with scores of 72.5% and 66.2%.  What a good girl!  Her owner Catherine Ulrey and I are very proud of her grown up behavior.

Tinkerbell

As Tinkerbell prepares for her show debut, she asks herself  “Are my ears really that long?  I hope the judge will like me anyway.”
